Healing Art Journey Package
The Healing Art Journey package includes a set number of therapeutic art sessions over a specified period. Once purchased, access to the sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. If an unforeseen event arises, such as illness or emergency, rescheduling is permitted with proper notice. If the package needs to be canceled under extenuating circumstances, please refer to the "Refunds" section for further details.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal and Stripe (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, and Apple Pay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. Additionally, you agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can process your transactions and communicate with you as necessary. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price where applicable. Prices may change at any time, and all payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your purchase and authorize us to charge your selected payment provider for those amounts when you place your order.
If your order involves recurring charges, you consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each charge, until you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This may apply to orders placed by the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and no refunds (whether full or partial) will be issued. Exceptions apply only to products that explicitly state a 7-day refund period, Money Back Guarantee, or warranty. These terms will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
For products or programs offering a 7-day refund policy, refunds can only be requested within the first 7 days of the purchase or enrollment date. No refunds will be issued after this period. As all products on this site are digitally delivered, if you experience issues accessing digital files, you must contact the site administrator before initiating any formal disputes. Dissatisfaction with content or product quality is not grounds for a refund, and you will still be charged for the services provided.
Services:
If you wish to terminate a private, one-on-one consultation or therapeutic art session, you must follow the procedures outlined here. First, you are required to submit your concerns, complaints, or grievances verbally, followed by a written request to terminate services. This written request should be sent to Janaline at janaline.healingartjourney@gmail.com. If this process is not followed, cancellations cannot be processed.
A cancellation fee of up to $50.00 USD may be applied. Refunds for services are not given unless in extenuating circumstances (such as illness or disability that prevents you from attending sessions). Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date, and no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
In the event of early termination of a service (such as a package lasting over a month or three) due to extenuating circumstances, you may receive credit for the unused sessions toward future sessions offered by Healing Art Journey. You may also transfer this credit to another person if desired.
User Conduct
By using our Website, you agree to the following:
Unauthorized Collection: You will not systematically extract data or content from the Website to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without our explicit written permission.
Unauthorized Use: You will not engage in any unauthorized use of the Website, including but not limited to collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited communications or creating user accounts through automated means.
